- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The 3 star rating is for SF in general and not this agency/location. Policy rates with SF are no longer the best. They keep going up and have gone up several times already this year. I have come to conclude that car insurance is a scam and win win for the insurances. If claims are made by the people we pay for it soon or later. As for this office, I have always been pleased with the ladies here. They have always been professional and prompt with my inquiries. They are always ready and willing to assist, Especially Rachael and mellisa (I think on her name). As for this agency I'd give them 5 stars.November 21, 2017by ha tos
